"3R" Core Value
Read: Read aloud to your children. But more importantly, let the children read to their caregivers, siblings, and friends. Whether children read based on the pictures or the real words, they gain confidence through reading.
Reconnect: Reading is a process for caregivers to reconnect with their children. Caregivers have the opportunities to build a special connection with children through reading. In addition, reading gives everyone, adults or children, a chance to reconnect with knowledge.
Reinforce: After reconnecting the knowledge from books, everyone gets a chance to reinforce the knowledge and fully master a topic.
The "#" Method
We use a "#" method to categorize each book's asset value. For example, if a book comes with "#socialemotionallearning", it means the book talks about social emotional learning, such as empathy. Parents can use the book to expand the topic about empathy with children.
